I have officially volunteered my time to create strength and conditioning programs for The Madison Country Day athletes. Today, Carl and I were at the gym beginning the beta work for this program, which will be available to all Madison Country Day athletes starting this fall.
Youth strength and conditioning is where I have decided to focus my expertise for now. I’ve discovered that there are a lot of kids out there who don’t have access to the expertise required to guide them safely and powerfully through their athletic participation. The Fitness Nomad is back!
