I worked with John Ashworth and he made the entire process run smoothly and quickly. I needed an SUV and needed it in a hurry due to health issues. I’d always wanted a Lexus, so drove into Lexus of Madison and talked with Todd and then with John. There happened to be what I was looking for on the lot, and John allowed me to test drive a 450-H. An SUV was a big change for me so I returned several times and John allowed me to test drive it w/out any delays. I fell in love with the car and John was helpful getting everything together most expeditiously, including a price I could live with. It helped too that John’s other area of expertise is physical training. We talked about my particular issues and how this car would be easier on my back. Todd, another back sufferer, even showed me a new, less painful way of getting in and out of the car. It’s made a big difference for me. The entire crew at Lexus of Madison make the car buying experience run smoothly and w/out the usual stres s. I never felt pressured. I look forward to continuing the relationship w Lexus of Madison as I have my new vehicle serviced.
